21:00-08:59 Standard rate + 100%**

21:00-23:59 Standard rate + 150%**

All hours Standard rate + 200%**
Tel / online software support:-
• per workstation's OS & standard office products £100.00 pa* + vat
• per server's OS*** £250.00 pa* + vat
• for server client applications - P.O.A.
For online support the customer will need to have installed software & certain facilities to enable remote access. AD Commcepts will be happy to advise on this facility and the implementation of services. Please call for further details.
For onsite support Standard rates (above) apply.
* A fair usage policy is in use this is restricted to 5 hours per month. (If you exceed the fair usage policy, a 20% discount on normal hourly rates applies. This is charged at our discretion)
** Contract customers that require out of contract services qualify for a 15% discount on labour and travel costs.
*** Support for Operating System only (ie. adding new users, setting up shared/private directories etc.). Does NOT include server client applications (eg. sage, exchange, tobit etc).
